Lead a team of 3-6 technicians in accomplishing tasks ranging from pulling cables, terminating cables in the field, building racks, punching down cables in MDF and IDFs, installing point of sale (POS) registers and peripheral equipment, mounting switches and UPS systems.

Worked with field technicians and the office to get to the site all materials, equipment, machinery and tools needed to complete the projects in a timely manner.

Took full responsibility to ensure projects were completed in time and under budget.

Completed a wireless point project in Waller school district (WISD) in Texas.

Terminated the cables in the field and installed Aruba technology Access Points.

Routed cables to IDFs and punched them down also. Patched in the switches.
