I quickly learned when I began in the bartending industry, the importance of good customer service by knowing the product, provide fast and efficient service and maintaining a clean environment. I have increased sales on several occasion anywhere from $400 to $900 on weeknights and $1500 to $2200 on weekends. I would suggest and arranged weekend entertainment to bring in more customers.
as a Wine Steward I interface with groups of 10 to 30 customers serving and describing the award-winning featured wines. I provide excellent service and establish a good rapport with each customer. This floating tasting room has drawn not only local customers and visitors to San Francisco but also international customers.
