• 1) Five axis CNC machines with Simmons control unit. I had to run & setup various parts as well as maintain machine tooling, coolant & scrap.also uploaded and downloaded programs for pacific jobs. Had to submit First Piece and adjust machine to keep parts running to blueprint specification. 2) Center-less Grinder machine- I had run and setup various parts and maintain machine by changing grinding wheels when needed as well as coolant & removing scrap material. Needed to submit First Piece and run machine so parts were within blueprint specification. 3) Manual Surface Grinder - Had to run special jobs also rework parts when needed. Sometimes i was called on to make tools, dies and fixtures that had to be at blueprint specification.
