OlineGroup, a consortium partnership company of Panaveer Quality Partners which was formed in 1998 in the Commonwealth of Virginia, to engage US Government financed procurement and terminal supply chain logistics services. OlineGroup services are broadly between the United Stated and rest of the world to provide turnkey operations including cross border ocean shipping and terminal operations.

As Business Development consultant, I was responsible for identifying global opportunities including the United States Financed USAID, USDA, and World Food program. I was working under Captain Patrick Johnsen to engaged and maintained networks of agents worldwide, who work to the highest industry standards and making strategic sales and marketing to expand business and increase revenue. My duties included the following:

Identified business opportunities, followed up with leads, explored referrals and engaged in sales and marketing activities. Worked in cross functional teams to define win strategy and develop technical and price to win international tenders and bids.

Analyzed political and environmental risk. Analyzed business terms and conditions and prepared quotations for international bids.

Proactively met with key clients, maintained relationships, and negotiated with terminal operators and supervise ship loading and discharge operations.

Prepared periodic sales reports to show country status for opportunities.

Maintained close relationships with key terminal operators in Asia, Africa, Middle East CIS, and Russia including attended major trade shows and represented the company in meetings.

Made referrals in Dubai, Ukraine, Dhaka, Singapore, and Barcelona Exhibitions, while searching for opportunities to educate clients on U.S GSM, OPIC and EXIM's guarantees and trade financing.
