I am seeking a position as a Process Refrigeration Technician where I can use my skills to assist the company in maintaining equipment by performing inspections and completing preventative maintenance as well as other duties that are required. I have over 25 years of maintenance experience including process refrigeration, ammonia, propylene and various freon applications. Work Experience

MAINTENANCE MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

Intercontinental Terminals Company, LLC - Deer Park, Texas January 2006 to October 2021

• Responsible for all refrigeration and rotating equipment

• Assist the Maintenance Planner with planning work notification requests utilizing craftsman for any all requirements needed to execute work

• Accountable for providing maintenance services for the facility by allocating labor and equipment to the proper jobs and insuring craft balance within the facilities

• Provide information and assistance to projects groups for expansion project team for maintenance systems including testing and modifications as needed

• Responsible for identifying training needed for the maintenance crafts and other systems & equipment for maintenance and repairs of systems & equipment to maintain reliability and performance

• Accountable for assisting and participating in the development of annual maintenance budgets for CAPEX and OPEX, along with projects

• Determine warehouse stock requirements and recommended inventory levels, including identifying critical spares

• Assist in evaluating bids and provide advice to line organizations of the best value regarding on-site and off-site repairs, including materials procurement

• Supervise and Cross Train new or less experienced employees

• Accountable for maintaining records and documentation systems for regulatory compliance associated with field maintenance of the facilities

• Responsible for refrigeration for 5 million cubic foot refrigerated warehouse

• Perform all repair and adjustment of refrigeration system, doors, dock boards, pallet racks, sweepers, sprinkler systems, forklifts, pallet trucks, and electrical work in accordance with OSHA Standards

• Inspect forklifts, pallet jacks, and other operating equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA and operational standards

• Test, maintain, and evaluate equipment performance using instruments such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, pyrometers, and pressure gauges. Test and calibrate HVAC equipment

• Inspect completed work for compliance to blueprints, specifications, and safety standards

• Troubleshoot equipment and recommend corrective action

• Maintain tools and machinery in good condition and use tools and equipment carefully as instructed

• Conduct test of safety equipment (Exit signs, fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, etc.) to ensure OHSA and operational standards
