I was the demolition superintendent on this job in charge of crew members safety,filling out the daily JHA, pre task plans,documenting tardiness and incidents, filling out weekly time cards, going to subcontractor meetings, maintaining schedule, crew size, equipment on job and daily inspections, trucking and hauling,communicating with the project manager on a daily basis, laying out all demo work for crew, overseeing sawcutting, running equipment, maintaining air quality, and keeping crew in compliance with OSHA rules and regulations. Removed portion of elevated parking structure, three floors and roof structure going into ice rink, removed sky bridges over ice rink,removed all concrete, piping and rat slab from ice rink, removed all flooring from within mall.

Portland Rowing Club—2022

This building structure had been compromised by a portion of the roof collapsing under snow load, the job was also an abatement job because it had asbestos containing materials, my job was to demo the remainder of the structure using a long arm, process debris,load lined boxes. After all asbestos containing materials had been cleaned up and we were given clearances, I used a concrete processor with rotator to demo the tilt up panels which was loaded into dumptrucks.
