The United States Census Bureau is a principal agency of the U.S. Federal Statistical System,
Responsible for producing data about the American people and economy. The Census Bureau is
part of the U.S. Department of Commerce and the President of the United States appoints its
Director. The Census Bureau's primary mission is conducting the U.S. Census every ten years,
which allocates the seats of the U.S. House of Representatives to the states based on them
population.
As a CFS I am responsible for the supervision and oversight of a group the enumerators. My
tasks are broken out in three different phases. Beginning of the NRFU Operation, Phase 2, and
Closeout Phase. Data collection in a geography that may include some hard to count areas. The CFS is
responsible for ensuring the group's performance meets the standards and expectations set forth
by the bureau and survey sponsors. I can provide detailed guidance to subordinates on
how to resolve issues. When problems occur, I apply general guidance, previous training, past
experiences, or utilizes survey resource materials to derive appropriate solution. I seek guidance
on complex or unusual problems.

Parent Leader in the policy council for many years like as large member, parliamentary,
secretary, and vice president. I was representing parents as a leader in conferences that are done
every year at different points across the country, where they gave us a lot of information,
trainings to bring and share our knowledge to other parents to give them the Support in their
children education. Although also being part of the Policy Council participated in the Policy Council
functions as a shared governance board regarding operations, budgets, and procedures of the program.
Policy Council members also serve as a link to Parent Committees in communicating with
parents enrolled in the Head Start program. Connect families to resources that help them reach their
goals and address their needs. Provide educational evidenced-based printed materials to parents
regarding child development and relative parenting issues. Promote positive, strength-based
interactions between staff, participants, potential participants, community service providers/members,
and internal/external key partners to maintain retention regarding participation and collaboration.
