(a) Dishnet Wireless Limited (Aircel) (From June’2012 to May’2022) Worked as a Head-Network Operations (DGM), Heading Network Operations for Punjab & HP circle for Aircel’s GSM 2.5G & 3G network.

Managing & supervising all aspects of network operations (Active & Passive) and planning related to Operation and maintenance, RF planning, transmission, and core for the circle on a periodic basis to ensure optimum network quality.

Management of vendors, identify and implement new methods of reducing OPEX site cost.

Efficient O&M of network with minimum downtime & to ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of Active and passive equipments. Providing the required support and co-ordination with the third-party technology vendor on all aspects related to network engineering where the vendor are executing parts of the work, Supervising & providing necessary support for any capacity expansion activity in the network e.g. Expansion of Active equipment’s MSC, RBSC, BTS, TXn etc.

(b) Videocon telecommunication Ltd. (From May’2010 to May’2012) Worked as a Sr. Manager-Network at Corporate office Gurgaon, responsible for GSM Operation and Maintenance activities related to Ericsson/Huawei /NSN’s 2.5G Radio access network. Job Responsibilities:

• BSS network capacity augmentation planning, corrective & preventive measures to ensure Radio availability & KPIs as agreed. Operational planning to ensure smooth running of RAN Network.

• New solutions & feature implementations considering Cost Efficiency of the Network. Reconciliation of Radio database parameters and subsequently time to time RF parameter audits to maintain network quality.

• BSS software updates/upgrades to ensure feature enhancement & solutions for any ongoing network issues.

(C) Cellcom Telecommunication Inc. (From April 2008 to April 2010) Worked as a Radio Access Manager, was responsible for Ericsson’s 2/2.5G BSS/OSS/RF network in West Africa region based out in Morocco & Guinea.

Job Responsibilities:

• RF Network Planning, Optimization and network performance i.e. Definition & dimensioning of Radio network., Design verification of RAN provided by vendor, Radio network Audit, New sites rollout plan based on Coverage, Capacity etc.

• STS management (BSC Objtype definitions, counters data analysis, and STS problem resolution with in SLA).

• Planning coordination & implementation of maintenance schedules for the month on day-to-day basis for preventive as well as break down maintenance of BSS nodes (BSC+OSS+BTS).

• Monitoring of alarms as a part of PM, analysis for monthly reports for Ericsson AXE810 hardware and site behavior and necessary corrective action thus enhancing node healthiness.

• Ensuring Network KPIs for High call drops, poor speech quality, TCH congestions, SDCCH/TCH Blocking etc.

• To manage technical support staff providing Technical Support for the project expansion and O&M activities of GSM BSS & OSS Networks.

(d) Ericsson India Pvt. Ltd. (From March 2004 to April 2008) Worked as a Specialist-TAC & Network Consulting BSS & Radio Performance, was handling O&M functions in GSDC RNOC-BO (2nd line support) for KAM Bharti Airtel. Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Network Uptime and Network Optimization as per defined contract.

• Delivering Network KPIs as per defined contract.

• Responsible for delivery verticals including NOC, Field Operations and Network Performance & Optimization.

• Ensuring customer complaints are resolved within SLA

• Ensuring implementation of Security related guidelines in Network

• Identify and drive automation & transformation initiatives

• Ensure delivery of Project within defined budget for targeted margins in project.

• Prime interface of Bharti Airtel team for all Radio network related deliverables, issues and requirements.

(e) BHARTI CELLULAR LTD (AIR TEL) (From May 2000 to March 2004) Worked as Asst. Manager (O&M), As a part of the BSS team, I was responsible for various O&M activities related to BSS, BSC AXE810, BYB501 hardware and APZ 21230 /33C/40.

• O&M of Ericsson AXE810, AXE501 Hardware.

• STS definition and OSS Management (SMIA).

• Planning coordination & implementation of maintenance schedules for the month on day-to-day basis for preventive as well as break down maintenance of BTS sites.
