Senior Engineer-Design & Estimation Engineering

Design and Estimation of the Fire protection systems as per NFPA standards and UAE safety regulations standard for Buildings,Hotels,Private Villas, Warehouse, Factories, Substations, Cold storage, Diesel & Oil storage tank etc.

Design of the Fire Protection Systems as per the NFPA Codes & UAE Fire & Safety Code for systems like Automatic Sprinkler System, Standpipe System, External Yard Hydrant System, Medium Velocity Water Spray System, High Velocity Water Spray System, Pre-action System, Foam-Water Spray/Sprinkler System, FM200 Total Flooding System, Inert Gas System (IG100, IG55, IG541) & Fire Extinguishers.

Handle responsibilities of estimating the costs of production as well as defining the profitability objectives

Responsible for preparing, presenting and explaining the cost estimations to sales managers

Perform the tasks of retrieving purchasing and logistics input data and integrate the data into the cost estimation program

Gather information's on assumptions for all production processes from the manufacturing engineering department

Responsible for updating cost estimation results to the project Controller to assure integration of the results into the Business Plan

Perform the tasks of preparing compliance statement for the project specification

Responsible for assisting estimation engineer in preparing technical and commercial bids

Design & Estimation Engineering

Design and Estimation of the Fire protection systems as per NFPA standards and UAE safety regulations standard for Buildings,Hotels,Private Villas,Warehouse,Factories,Cold storage, Diesel & Oil storage tank etc.

Analysis and propose the actuation and control equipment related to fire protection system in accordance with process and refineries P&I diagram.

Low voltage: i.e., Fire alarm system including Addressable fire alarm system & conventional fire alarm system, Voice evacuation system, automatic detection system for FM200 & NOVEC systems etc as per project requirements.

Review detailed drawings and specification and various project specific reports.

Fire protection systems i.e.: Sprinkler system, Firefighting system, Hydrant systems, Water spray system and other fire protection systems.
