As a Management Service Technician, I would pick up the rosters in the morning from both drop boxes, take attendance in SOMS, print scan and email daily rosters for SHS (Self Help Sponsors) and volunteers, answer group reports from SHS and volunteers, scan group reports that need CRM attention. File rosters and group reports. Prepare gate clearances for signatures, route volunteer packets to PIO then route them to personnel. Disseminate unlock to appropriate staff, create sign-up sheets for self-help groups.

Review and make suggestions to CRM for ILTAG and outside volunteer proposals. ILTAG proposals are reviewed every January and June of the year.
