Calling patients to provide a caring, sensitive experience in connection to their medical bills regarding the services that were provided to them. 2013-2017 Amazon in Costa Rica ranging from CSR representative, Search N Rescue (helping customers who felt they had not received a great experience with the first front line representative they had spoken with and now giving Amazon a second chance), and CreateSpace (helping customers with publishing their books to be advertised on the website and/or purchased through Amazon). 2005-2011 Travelers insurance claims call center, helping customers with filing Auto, Home and Property loss/damage claims. This position required great sensitivity, care and concern for our customers regarding their claims. Also included recommending service vendors to assist our customers with more help as needed. I received the *In-Synch Award*, the highest award given by Travelers Insurance. I also received numerous compliments from our customers.

Feb - June 2005 Texas Children's Medicaid, accurately determined eligibility for Children's Medicaid. This was a temporary assignment for the State of Texas.

2001-2004 The Work Source, informed customers of local Labor Market jobs. Screened applicants for job training and contacted employers with possible job referrals. Directed workshops and facilitated orientations for all phases of job services. Overseen customer regulations and compliance for State of Texas Monetary Assistance. Numerous client compliments given in appreciation of the services that were provided.
