EXPERIENCE
U.S. Navy, Illinois— Fire Controlman
July 2021 - Present
During my time in the Navy, I have mainly gone through schooling. I enlisted as active duty and was shipped o to boot camp in July of 2021. Upon the completion of boot camp I then transferred to the base across the street, where I would begin my schooling on electronics and then after, another school relating to my job as a fire controlman. I ended up completing my electronics school, however in the middle of my specialized schooling I was told that I would be medically separating from the Navy. During the waiting period of being told when I would be going home, I picked up a few qualifications. I became qualified as a barracks yeoman which is essentially an o ce secretary in the civilian sector, and I also became qualified for the position of a mail orderly.
