Test technician on the 308x mainframe.
Manufacturing Engineer
1983 through 1985
Wrote and modeled field install procedures for system upgrades to ensure the proper components were included in the upgrade package as well as timing the process so the customer could be given an accurate idea of how much time would be required to complete the upgrade.
1985 through 1987
Lead technician responsible for installing the System Equivalent Test (SET) test floor on the manufacturing relocation from Poughkeepsie to Kingston.

Worked in the development lab where I was responsible for the test and verification of various processor chip designs using thermal chambers to stress the components and measure, document and present the results.

where I worked using SAP to transfer software licenses and activations from older systems to new systems.
