In 2014 I became facilities manager at KGB project services, this is where my extensive knowledge in buildings system designs and building construction techniques took off. Managed all aspects of capital renovation and construction projects of all sizes, O&M if and when assigned, I will assure that corporate resources are utilized in the most cost-effective way.
I am a team leader and player and will assist with docs and specs and drawings to prepare purchase recommendations and prepare contract docs as needed. I will make sure the team is safe and following guidelines, I am hands on type of person so everything your looking for I have.
Laborer Jan 2010 – March 2014
I started off in 2010 as a laborer working at a Bloomingdale's that was were we completely guttered then renovated. It's were I really learned to read plans and understand them. This is were the company saw that I was willing to go above and beyond. I was on this job for 1and half years, when I got put on a crew to rehab or build new sweetgreen restaurants.
TOWERS in Weymouth MA 2006 – Feb 2010
This was a job where I learned how a building can run efficiently, how to turn over an apartment and get new people in. How to be proactive and if you see something wrong you fix it no matter how big the issue was.
General landscape Corp 1995 - 2005
Started as a laborer for the building design and retaining walls. Whether it was a rock wall or a railroad tie wall it helped me to understand the importance of drainage for buildings. I became a foreman in 2000 which taught me the importance of budgeting and coming out of the job with a profit
