Managed profitability of large scope women’s wear brands by determining appropriate inventory levels.

Collaborated with Merchandise Planners and Buying groups to identify growth opportunities and minimize down-trending business.

Created initial new store assortment plans to ensure the store meets both capacity and sales goals

Ensure stock availability as per assortment at store while optimizing the cost of servicing the demand.

Analyzes and adjusts system forecasts based on daily review of product movement including seasonality, industry and market trends, and probability of anticipated sales.

Engineer an optimized replenishment schedule to stores. Highlight stock run outs and replacements required. Manage Core business to deliver the margin and turnover targets.

Follow up with the sourcing team for on time deliveries of Core Orders.

Analyze weekly sales of Core Products and take necessary actions to achieve annual operating plan (AOP)

Determine causal factors impacting forecasts and act: weather, moving seasons, promotional planning, etc

Inter DC movement of stocks based on demand forecasting. Coordinate with DCs for smooth dispatches and inwards. Weekly communication to Business Heads.

Interacting with the women's wear category team on a weekly basis to understand issues and provide solutions.
