Veteran Affairs Administration (August 2014-February 2015) Veteran Affairs Education Administrative Assistant My role here was to provide students with the best education assistance with their military benefits. I would speak with students about the best approach to class management to insure that tuition is met each semester. I filed and entered information into the VA education system as well used collected data from that system to provide students with accurate information.
Brewton Public Library (February 2015-August 2016) Librarian Assistant
My role here was to provide great customer service to patrons who loved reading and learning. I assisted them with finding interesting reads as well as checking their books in and out. I also assisted them with other things outside of the books for an example, computer technology information, computer systems information, and sometimes even school work. My role here was to take inbound calls for great Verizon and Apple customers. I was responsible for answering any and all important customer inquiries. My responsibility ranged from answering typical billing questions to selling a customer the latest version of the Iphone and on occasion making a few outbound calls. I was able to insure customer satisfaction and also build healthy client rapport. I entered data into the software system as well as used useful information to communicate informative topics as well as practice safe security for customer confidentiality. In this role, I was able to work on multiple units of the hospital ranging from the ER department where I assisted patients with all medical emergencies to the OB hall where I assisted in numerous mother/baby deliveries.
