Chelsea Dikwa-Nkrumah
A motivated individual who can adapt to anything thrown her way. Was a dedicated shift lead at a residential treatment center for a year and a half. Through this, I was able to obtain a deep understanding of safety protocols, company standards, and state expectations needed when dealing with a diverse set of individuals. Was effective at helping management maintain order and increase the well-being of multiple students.
I am also very passionate about fighting for a more equitable society and re-building American infrastructure to a more sustainable and green standard.
