• Created a new technology strategic model for the technology management in Kuwait Oil Company (KOC); shifting it from ‘push’ to ‘pull’ and implementing new workflows for the preparation of the technology portfolio.

• Created "Technology Roadmaps’ for all KOC assets, aimed to enable the production goal of 4 million barrels of oil per day.

• Program Manager of the integrated basin models for the re-certification of the reserves of the largest accumulation of oil: the "Faja Petrolifera del Orinoco" (Heavy Oil Orinoco Belt).

• Responsible for the direction of more than 40 research projects with a multimillion budget.

• Developed the first-ever integrated subsurface models for the eastern and western basins of Venezuela. This included the acquisition, processing, and interpretation of Seismic, Gravimetry, Magnetometry and EM data, with the first MT deep profile across the Andes Mountains, which was key in enhancing the understanding of the oil migration and trapping mechanisms, triggering a new vision that boosted reserves estimations at national scale. This is the main reference study for the region to date.

• One of the pioneers of applied research implementation projects and developments for electromagnetics for oil exploration at a worldwide scale. Responsible for developing the concept of DHI for EM Methods.
