Congratulations and welcome to the NFM Family! I am pleased to confirm our verbal offer of employment for the position of Machine Operator - 1st Shift with a rate of pay of $18.66 per hour paid bi-weekly. Your first pay check will be received on 8/21/2018. As discussed, your employment will begin on7/30/2018. You will start your day in the Human Resources Office at 8:45 am. Government regulations require that we verify identity and employment eligibility of all new employees within three (3) business days of their date of hire. Please bring proper documentation on your start date unless otherwise instructed by your Recruiter.

Reminder, as we discussed you will need to complete the following within 48 hours as contingencies of your offer:

During your first two days you will be informed on what it is like to be an NFM employee. That will include our history and future, our focus on security and safety, an understanding of what’s in it for you with the great benefits you are offered, and what your piece of the puzzle is. On day three going forward you will receive any training you need to feel ready to start your new career at NFM. If you are joining the warehouse team please remember you will need to wear steel or composite toe boots on the third day of your training. Training Schedule:

Monday: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Tuesday: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Wednesday: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Thursday: OFF

Friday: OFF

Saturday: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Sunday: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Regular Schedule:

Wednesday: 7:15 am – 3:45 pm
