Worked remotely from my home on 15 hr shifts dispatching 7 tow trucks with special consideration to/ with AAA customers. Handled all lockout calls as well as out of gas and every other thing that could go wrong while on the road. Direct control of drivers and equipment. Scheduling and truck maintenance also. Was in direct contact with all local law enforcement as we towed/ cleaned up after accidents or traffic stops. This was mostly an incoming call situation as we waited to be contacted by the clients as needed. Also handled all U Haul reservations during my shifts.
