Job Title-Chemical Technician Team Coordinator-Work with operations manager planning everyday production schedule from the open order report and roles of other team members based on their training. As Team coordinator responsibilities bringing in bulk raw materials by way of rail to include shipping of railcars to customer. Training team members in all roles.

Material handler- Load railcars, OTR trucks, packaging super sacks and bags. Unloading bulk raw material from railcars. Certified Tracmobile and Shuttle wagon operator.

Lab tech- Collecting scheduled samples on a routine to include finished goods and conduct test on the samples AO- Available Oxygen, MO- Moisture, PSD- Particle size, Bulk Density and Attrition - Measurement of dust.

Field tech- Role to physically monitor the process and check raw materials for making batches to ensure the flow is operating normal and no problems are taking place that control room can't see. Checking on items that control room operator needs like Air compressors, cooling tower, air drying packages and steam boiler. Making field adjustments and minor repairs.

DCS operator- Operate and monitor the entire process by DCS which are 6 reactors, 2 dryers, 2 screeners and 1 coater with 2 coater tanks, 2 receiving tanks also 3 Silos. Board Operator uses sigma six and SPC charts to control the process to meet internal specifications and specialty products. Board operator distributes finished goods to all delivery points that are needed to assure orders are meet also monitors plant utilities.
