Supervision in the construction of 6 Themed Buildings, Two food vending buildings, two speaker enclo- sure buildings and two fireworks and media control buildings surrounding Cinderella’s Castle and the demolition, reform, install rebar and pour the circle in fount of Cinderella’s Castle. Back filling of the moat and construction of two VIP fireworks viewing areas all constructed after closing hours at the Magic Kingdom, Walt Disney World, Orlando, Fl.

Supervision in the construction of a 138,000 sqft Headquarters Building for the Special Operations Command SouthThis unique building is designed to withstand 196 MPH winds with redundant power feeds and includes SCIF areas on the third and second floors. This building was designed with a sacri- ficial first floor and utilities feed from a self contained Utility Building and a communications building housing antennas for communications throughout the north and southern hemispheres. Supervision in the construction of a 105,000 sqft Extended Care Facility Project Superintendent, Hangar 83, Robins AFB, Warner Robins, GA. Supervision in the renovation of Hangar 83 within the active flight line area of Robins Air Force Base. Removal and replacement of SOG to meet Class 9 Concrete Specifications. Miami, FL Complete Supervision in the construction of a two-story Administration Building and a Processing Build- ing. The Processing building is a high security processing, holding and healthcare building with all ser- vices and functions of a hospital except the capacity to perform operations. This contract was adminis- tered by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers for the Department of Homeland Security. Project Superintendent - Delray Beach Mall, Delray Beach, FL. Selective demolition of an existing mall and the renovation and construction of a new shopping Facility. All activities were sequenced with tenants open for business. Superintendent - Bay County Correctional Facility, Panama City, FL. Completion of a 750-bed private corrections facility. Project Superintendent - Hollywood Memorial Hospital Medical Office Bldg. Hollywood, FL. Completion of a six-story medical office building and tenant build-out of spaces. Project Superintendent - St. Croix Vocational School, St. Croix, USVI Construction of a two story, 350,000 sq.ft. vocational school, with all support facilities and site work, using local subcontractors and labor.
