My responsibilities included the 801 Market St location, which has shared ownership and consist of upper floors office space & lower floor retail portion which consist of 6 floors including the penthouse in which all of the mechanical & utilities which served Eight [8] floors are based.
The Fashion District Philadelphia, which is Three [3] block in length and over 950,000 square feet of retail.
I frequently communicated with any and all tenants to ensure their tenants space were adequate per their lease agreement and reassured them that my cell number were on 24/7 if an issue arose.
I'd walked the entire property 3 times per day to ensure all vendors, i.e. Housekeeping, Maintenance & the Security Department were properly staff and completing their assignments. These Three [3] Vendor services employees amounted to over 95 employees on different shifts. I was responsible for ALL Aspect's of the Fashion District Philadelphia.
The Head House / Pennsylvania Convention Center common area
& retails which tenants are PNC Bank, Hard Rock Cafe, and the Dunkin Donuts, Wine & Spirits and the Vacant Fieldhouse area located at 12th & Market.
I would conferred with in house maintenance staff and outside vendors to observe and test operations of machinery and equipment and diagnose cause of malfunction.
EXPERIENCE
During my tenure as Operation Director of the Fashion District Philadelphia, I was responsible for the Upkeep of Seven [7] City Block in the City Of Philadelphia. from 8th & Market St up to 13th & Market St, also Including a vacant half city block located on the South side of 10th & Market St.

I was responsible for all scheduling preventive and predictive maintenance in accordance with equipment and systems requirements.

I also read and analyzed variety of blueprints and schematics to install or repair equipment or machinery.

I also Interviewed and approved outside vendors to perform tasks outside of the realm of in-house
