●Responsible for all operations management of the Company. Team recruiting, training, bottling scheduling, managing maintenance team, all production/process equipment, actively supporting and developing the operations team operation efficiency.

●Responsible For all customers’ communication on project clarification, specifications, scheduling, work order preparation and collecting all production related documentation. Supervising the set-up of the individual production line equipment according to each of the winery’s specific wine and packaging requirements.

●Responsible for all Maintenance Management: An essential part of operations is equipment maintenance. Responsible for scheduling, supervising maintenance performance on all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance activities, updating company’s preventative maintenance program on an ongoing basis, which must be performed and documented. Substantial wear and spare parts inventory requires continuous replenishment when parts are used, or new equipment is added.
