Worked with the scientific team to develop new filters for chemical and microbiology formulations.

Analyze each product with particle size, ICP, GC, TOC, X-Ray, Alkalinity, Hardness, TDS, Turbidity and Chlorine tests.

Performed calibration and maintenance on laboratory equipment working in excellent condition and record the readings every day.

Oversaw test stands by replacing damaged parts. Ensured microbial stocks and chemical solutions are labeled properly.

Led and performed necessary laboratory work and provided accurate and consistent test results based on priority, such as, communicating with management before starting any MB testing regarding test protocols, test water type, flow rates, test pressure, required bacteria and virus, required bacterial, and viral reduction.

Set up filters on the test stands for MB testing.

Prepared required microbial challenges from stock cultures, led required test water, managed test according to test protocol schedule, and collected cultured influent and effluent samples.

Implemented timely and accurate reports using designated templates that have been approved by management, ensure data entered are accurate, and provided data in timely manner.
