As a foreman/supervisor, I had many duties including overseeing routine maintenance of landscaping accounts. This would include scheduling accounts that would be completed week to week, making sure that the assigned crews would know what yards/accounts would need to be completed on a specific date and time, and communicating with clients to schedule and notify when to expect the crews to arrive and yards to be maintained. I would oversee keeping inventory of tools, equipment, and materials needed for daily use ensuring that the equipment and work vehicles are in good running condition.
