Kansas City Greenfield Aseptic Manufacturing Facility (July 2021) Budget: $150,000,000

Lead Project manager maintaining timeline and quality of project as well as budget. Dealt with many unplanned changes and worked with design engineers and fabricators in the field to develop new solutions at a very rapid pace. Maneuvered the global supply chain challenges and came up with unique solutions to keep project moving forward.

PIT line install and Florence, SC Greenfield (Dec 2019-Dec 2020) Budget: $70MM/$100MM

Worked as project manager on bottling line install to existing plant, and then moved directly into managing new greenfield facility installation. Worked through many challenges and leadership worked to expand the facility and scope during the installation phase of the project. Managed multiple trades, budget, and timeline.

Reliability Team Supervisor (February 2015 – January 2016) Budget: Varies

Supervised and coordinated the maintenance of the cement plant from quarry operation to the shipping silos. Planned internal equipment inspections and followed up on concerns and notifications from team members on reliability. Worked on solutions and ensuring the correct parts were needed on time before critical failures occurred.

Roaster Installation (Spring 2012) Budget: $2.2 Million

Installed new processing equipment to help expand product line at the plant. Worked on layout, design review, installation and maintenance plan. Played a large role in initial start up.
