WHAT IS MANIFESTATION?

Manifestation is the subliminal creation of reality based on an individuals set of beliefs and subconscious assumptions. As humans we are manifesting our reality 24/7 even when we don’t realize it. So you mean to tell me I created all of these unpleasant scenarios in my life? Yes, that’s exactly it. We create what we subconsciously believe, regardless of it being positive or negative. Manifestation becomes simplified when we take control of our thoughts and beliefs, so we can begin feeling empowered and in control of our future realities.
YOU CAN BE, DO, AND HAVE ANYTHING YOU WANT. Without exceptions. You are always creating, but now it’s time to consciously create the life of your dreams.
The art of deliberate creation becomes a fun journey when you witness universal forces answering your deepest desires right in front of you, almost like a well curated puzzle piece coming together. Before we jump into you receiving your desires, lets get clear on your current belief system. Thoughts don’t necessarily create things, beliefs do. Once a thought has been repeated enough times, it is impressed into the subconscious mind as a sturdy belief, which immediately begins to shift your reality.

What beliefs do you have about money?
Money is hard to make. Money is the root of all evil. Money makes me uncomfortable because I witnessed my parents struggle. Only lucky people make a lot of money. I have to work really hard if I ever want to be successful.
If any of these sound like you, you may notice money flies out of your bank account a lot quicker than it comes in, and you may be facing financial hardships no matter how hard you work. A lot of us grow up in households where our parents show us how difficult it is to make a good living, and this is imprinted on our subconscious mind by the age of 7. Money is energy, the way you feel about money is the way it will always show up for you! It’s time to turn the story around about your finances.
What beliefs do you have about love?
I don’t feel worthy of finding real love. Relationships are a lot of work. All men / women are the same. The good ones are always taken. I always get cheated on no matter what. I feel insecure when I’m dating and seem to push people away. I always give love and attention to my partner and never receive the same in return. Why do I always attract shitty people who don’t value me? Love feels hopeless, I’m better off alone anyway.
These subconscious beliefs about love can play out in every relationship you experience. Different faces, same outcomes. Your subconscious mind is creating your reality, so if these subliminal thoughts circulate your mind even without intent, you will continue to experience discomfort in your romantic (and even platonic) relationships.

What beliefs do you have about health?
No matter how much or how little I eat, I always gain weight. It’s unfair that other people can eat whatever they want and still look great. I fear growing old because I know illness comes with age. I can’t heal disease on my own so I have to rely on doctors to mask the symptoms. I never look good, I’m always hiding my body. I feel uncomfortable in public and don’t want to be seen. I was always told to cover up and I feel ashamed of my appearance. I’m afraid of getting those conditions I see on TV for widespread illnesses. The way we look and feel has been negatively impacted by society, schooling, parenting, and misinformation. You can manifest a healthy body and an ideal physical appearance as easily as you can breath air. Your emotional connection with your body is what determines how much weight you hold on to, and how quickly you can recover from any ‘dis-ease’. Physical health is the manifestation of your emotional health. When we clean up your energetic vibration and restructure the beliefs you have about your body, the physical changes must come. It is law.

Get clear on the subject you want to change in this workshop. What desire is top priority for you? Money, Love, Health, etc. BRAIN-DUMP EXERCISE:
Get raw and real with yourself. Grab your journal tonight and do a full brain dump on to your pages to identify your current self conception. How do you view yourself? How do you feel other people view and perceive you? How do you view yourself in relation to success, finances, love, relationships, health, image, and so forth? What aspects are you unhappy with that need to be reprogrammed? Below are sample brain dumps you can follow:

The Brain Dump Exercise is used by my clients to get raw and real with themselves. This process may feel uncomfortable for some as it forces us to get vulnerable and clear with our current identity. Do I see money as an unlimited resource? Do I feel safe with money? Do I feel worthy of receiving large sums of income? Do I believe I have to work extremely hard to get paid? Do I hate checking my bank account? Am I afraid of spending? Do I believe I will always run out of money? Does the topic of money make me feel sick or uncomfortable? Do I think struggle, poverty, and hard work are noble? Do I view myself as successful? Can I succeed at anything I put my effort into? What are my beliefs about finances? Do I view myself as a healthy individual? Can I eat whatever I want and always look and feel good? Do I view myself as beautiful? Do I fear illness? Do I realize that my physical well being is a reflection of my emotional well being? Do I know I am my own healer? Am I aware if my destructive thinking? What are my beliefs about food? Do I feel I need to rely on doctors or medication for health? Do I know I am made of the universal forces that create eternal balance, vitality, and health?

Your self concept is a set of beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and emotions you have about yourself and the way reality works for you. This is the story that you repeat in your mind while you are awake.
Your self concept can greatly serve you or negatively impact you based on how you chose to see yourself and your reality. Yesterday we got clear on what manifestation is and how our subconscious mind manifests our reality. What your subconscious mind is doing daily is a reflection of your self concept (identity). Your outer world is mirroring your inner world day in and day out. In order for our outer world to change, our inner world must move in a new direction first. The way that you view yourself is the way the world will respond to you (energetically). As within, so without. So, does your self concept need some cleaning up? DAY 2

“I’m so undervalued, why doesn’t anyone appreciate me?” Now that you've completed the brain dump exercise on day 1, you know exactly what beliefs we are working to transform in order to create your ideal identity. How does this ideal version of you think? What are his/her new beliefs about themselves? How do we now view our reality if we already have the thing that we desire and know we are in charge? Your new practiced beliefs will need to reflect this ideal version of you in order to transform your self concept and receive your manifestation.
It will greatly benefit you to develop a strong self concept so you can manifest your desires on autopilot. This is the "knowing it is done" level of confidence you will begin to embody and realize the powerful effect it has on your reality by seeing the changes happen around you very quickly.
Believing you are worthy, you are chosen, you are loved, you are safe, and things are always working out in your favor (even if you don’t feel these things to be a fact right now) will serve you far more than taking any physical action to change your circumstances. Your ego wants to keep you safe and fears change, it will try to fight off your new beliefs as you create new neuropath ways in your brain. But if you can persist with these new beliefs in your mind through positive affirmations & consistent thoughts patterns, your reality will begin to shift in favor of your desires. When your beliefs and desires finally match up, your life will go from misery to pure bliss on any given subject.

But what if I can’t take my attention off my current problems while changing my self concept? Your current 3D reality is already dead and gone. It is old news. It is the playing out of your old belief system. Laugh at it, and show yourself who is truly in control. Did something just happen that goes against what you are manifesting? Remain calm and persist, you hold all of the power in your reality. There is no circumstance that cannot be changed. Your job is not to react, but to observe and remain steadfast in your new state of consciousness. If you can remain calm and collected in these events, you will notice how quickly things begin to speed u for you. If you do react, it's ok! You are human and have emotions. Be kind and patient with yourself, changing your entire identity is not easy, but it is SIMPLE. When you take your focus off of your current problems and focus on what you truly desire (what it looks like, what it feels like, what positive impact it will have on your life), you immediately shift your point of attraction. However, if you feel you are spiraling out of control, you will need to practice nervous system regulation.
You can stabilize yourself through these four methods: 1.) Meditation 2.) Breath work 3.) EFT Tapping 4.) Applying ice to your face/neck. Once you are stable you can shift back to the desired state in your imagination. Each method has a clickable link to guide you through each nervous system regulating exercise. Find which feels best for you, and use it anytime you feel you are not in control of your thoughts or emotions.
SELF CONCEPT EXERCISE
Write down 3 beliefs about yourself that no longer serve you on a piece of paper (refer to the brain-dump exercise on Day 1). EX:
I never have enough money no matter how hard I work. Things always seem to go downhill for me.
I feel unworthy and undeserving of my desire.
Create 3 new beliefs that counter your old beliefs so you can begin shifting your reality towards your desrire.
EX:
The more I enjoy my life, the more I receive the things I want. Everything is always working out for me regardless of what I see. I am worthy of achieving everything I desire, that's why I was given life! For the next 48 hours, monitor your thoughts.
What story do I keep repeating to myself in relation to my goal? Where are my thoughts consistently dwelling in relation to my desire? Is it in a mental state that serves me and aligns with my desires? Or is it hurting me by further perpetuating my current reality? As taught by Abraham Hicks, if your thoughts stir up a negative emotion in you, you're going in the wrong direction further from what you want. If your thoughts feel exciting, joyful, or calm, they are leading you directly to your desires through the path of least resistance. Pay close attention to your emotions as they are your inner guidance system. DAY 2

It’s your time to shine! Are you ready to change your life story? My favorite part about manifestation is that CIRCUMSTANCES DON’T MATTER! You are never “too far” from your goal, as quantum physics shows we can “shift” into our desired reality in any given moment. Yes, your manifestations can appear ‘out of thin air’ and completely catch you off guard. You do not have to spend years undoing the past damage. You have a clean slate every day, and can create new beliefs in every waking moment. Get excited!

Get clear on your specific manifestation goal:

Get clear on your belief around this goal and how it pertains to your self concept:

STEP 3
Create 3-5 affirmations that feel good for you (as if the desire was already yours).

Your affirmations should always be in present tense. The goal is to impress your subconscious mind with repetitive thoughts of your wish fulfilled so it can begin shifting your reality into this desired state. Persistence is KEY. Never stop affirming. Movement is always happening even when we don’t see it is all matter is vibrating at the frequency that you output energetically. The law of vibration and the law of assumption work hand in hand when shifting into your desires. DAY 3

Set a clear intention on what you are manifesting today. This is the "mental state of consciousness" you will be occupying dominantly throughout the day. Think in terms of "I already have my goal, so how am I thinking, feeling, acting, believing since it is already mine?"

5 minute scripting: Journaling your desires in present tense as if they are already completed. Get into great detail and allow your mind to expand. Pretend this is your ideal story you are telling the universe or a best friend of already having received your goals!)
5 minute Affirmations: Internally or out loud, repeat your 3-5 affirmations to yourself for 5 minutes in the morning, afternoon, and before bed. SELF TALK METHOD: The way you speak to yourself throughout the day will need to start reflecting the version of you that already has your ideal reality / desire in the present moment. This is the fastest way to shift into the new reality you are creating, because you are claiming a new identity in present tense. You should be speaking to yourself in your mind as the person who already has goals X, Y, Z, rather than the current version of you who is struggling with circumstances. Aligned Action: This will come to you without you seeking it out. A new idea, a positive thought or "hunch" telling you to go somewhere or contact someone, a mental download that naturally comes in.
