Ranked 3rd among West Region Kindred hospitals (36 hospitals) in Employment Engagement Survey scores. Nationally, the hospital had the 2nd largest score increase compared to prior year.
Significantly improved patient satisfaction HCAHPS scores. Increased favorable responses (Definitely Yes and Probably Yes) to question “Would recommend our facility” from 56% in Q1 2015 to a combined 86% for Q2 and Q3.
