I am seeking employment as a site superintendent or assistant superintendent which I feel is more practcal starting out. I am wanting to retire from the laborers union in the near future and would like to find employment with a slightly less physical aspect.

I have been in the trades for 40 years and know my way around a construction site. I take direction well and am capable of giving direction. I have supervised crews of 30+ individuals.

I have worked very well with other sub contractors involved in our jobs. My comunacation skills are very good and get better once I am acquainted with the individuals I work with. I am generally the first person onsite and stay until the days final tasks are completed. I am very safety oriented. My certifacations are all current from equipment to first aid. My wife and I have recently purchased a home in Colville, Washington and I am hoping to secure employment within Atleast 2 hours from home.
