My name is Bryany Grimm, I am looking to utilize the many skills that I have acquired

over the years, I have enjoyed balancing my work life and family life, and have done it with two full time jobs. As of right now I am looking to obtain a career and not just a job or a paycheck and be able to succeed in moving forward and always striving for more as well as better. With that said I have had customer service training, management, as well as trades that consist of bakery and the auto industry. I had a job coming in as the most experienced technician, so I went straight to bottom side. I ran 3 bays myself, and I actually set a record for doing so with not one mistake. This included oil changes, differential services, CVT transmissions (nobody there was qualified to even touch a Subaru, Mini Cooper, and a slew of German cars, I just did them) skid plates making sure every nut and bolt that came out went back in, fuel filters, upstairs helping with anything needed, clean up, proper disposal of environmental hazards, cleaning my own area, pulling bays apart, stock, inventory, stocking filters, rotating filters, cabin/air filters, oil filters both canister and cartridge, taking all my tests and staying current with them, training new employees on bottom side procedures, detail oriented evaluations of cars with pre-existing issues, and studying for ASE tests. I worked with high end brand new cars as well as used vehicles. We had to unwrap them, check them over for any little inconsistencies, clean inside and out, clay bar, hand waxing using the correct grit level, we also did ceramic and stain coatings from armoral, degreased used cars, took all cars through wash tunnel, drive used vehicles back and forth to dealers. We also buffed, orbital, and painted. Marked for dents, handled customer details as well as the dealerships and the used dealerships body or interior issues keeping above a 94% quality to all vehicles.

LUBE MECHANIC — 2016-2020

I worked for Castrol and Valvoline, I was in the pit, did differentials, trans, cvt’s, changed out all fluids, also did top side work filters and fluids. Tires, rotating tires, lights, customer requests.

Weis Markets Lancaster Pa 2009-2010

For Weis I was a manager, filled orders, inventory, loading and unloading trucks, making donut dough, frying donuts, decorating them, keeping a freezer case, reefer case, as well as a show case filled with fresh product. Filling customer orders, taking orders for dry stock, perishable stock, training, I was specifically used for mixing color, air brushing and anything that was on the creative side. I was the end of a line of auto detailers, it involved being precise on interior as well as exterior work, motors, then I would go under the vehicles and under coat, knock rust off of the exhaust or anywhere else there was rust. Painting small areas that were damaged, some shops had quotas to be met, we did exotic cars, then after we would deliver the cars to the auction. Have the crew wipe them down again and tire shine, boats, airplanes, work trucks, box trucks. If damaged cars were in need of parts I would order parts. EDUCATION
