Yo make sure that the AARP members have solutions from everything from paying their premiums, asking questions regarding the pharmany, 9nding prescriptions drugs, 9nding a local pharmacy, getting prior aurhorization, tier exception and coverage determines, to verify members having accounts with us, and making sure their drugs are covered. I had to be able to take all the information on the computer without writing anythng down on paper. I had to verify all the information according to HIPAA.
