•Efficient in monitoring, supervising, and controlling operational activities in the OCC

•Assisting in identifying Controllers for each position and delegating responsibilities to them

•Managing Train Pilot Sign On and Sign Off in the absence of the Traffic Manager, i.e., early morning and late night

•Examining the Permit to Work (PTW) schedule for any operational constraints

•Participating in issuing PTW to concerned departments based on the approved PTW list and Emergency PTW requests, tracking maintenance work, and securing cancellation of all PTW before commencing revenue services
