Informed my area (15 branches included) of all the things Citi was involved in in regards to diversity. Some of those things required us to work with partners to put together information on di erent topics that we shared on conference calls or in our newsletters which had been recognized and shared nationwide. The goal was to put together teams of passionate colleagues from di erent backgrounds to show how united we are and how the company cared to make a di erence with political issues, racial equality, or even addressing issues we knew were areas of improvement. We kept up with all events that were held in regards to diversity, all donations made by Citibank and things that had been changed or benefitted from the e orts of the company taking a stand.
