Revised vacation policy for BRB starting January *st, 2023.
GMs, AGMs, AMs, TMs (40 hour or 50 hour), BMM’s, and Other above Café level positions
Current rate of accrual and vacation amounts remain unchanged.
Can carry over up to one week vacation into the new year (40 hours for Team Managers, 50 for all others in this group). Vacation hours more than one week will need to be used prior to end of the year.
Negative balances will no longer be allowed.
All other employees not included above classifications: BTS’s, Bakers, CC’s, ACC’s, and Associates
Current rate of accrual remains unchanged, based on hours worked with the calculation factor and cap determined by seniority.
Will continue to be loaded in the “bucket” in January.
Can carry over up to 40 hours into the new year. No more rush in December to use it or lose it.
Negative balances will not be allowed.
Vacation time can be taken in any increment with no minimum requirement.
