CUMULATIVE EXPERIENCE

I worked in and out of food service since highschool. It all started with an interest in owning my own franchise getting a job at a Little Caesar’s. Later I trained as a grill cook with Waffle House to be able to get a job at a popular restaurant in Atlanta and continue college. After I moved to Atlanta to continue my education I became a fry cook. I worked at the original Taco Mac in Virginia Highlands in Atlanta; was a barrista at one of three Starbucks in Atlanta '97. Whenever I was seeking employment, the service industry allowed me to build a depth of varied experience. Five years in pizza, five years with Cracker Barrel, and five years in varied other bar/grill short order etc.

Over time I found myself returning to the freezer/fridge truck for unload. The more I unloaded the more I thought about a career path in driving. When I moved to Tonopah I was offered a job with Valley Propane. Being from the Georgia Mountains I was familiar with residential and farm propane service. From there and a growing background in maintenance I began to move toward more industrial jobs.

LEADERSHIP

Unfortunately, I have never had much management opportunity. Cracker Barrel and RAM Partners LLC offered the most recent management paths but I began to be overlooked and took another opportunity. A few shift management and independent work opportunities, but unfortunately didn’t lead anywhere. I was most recently the BOH manager at the brewery. I am a strong self starter and can work independently. Page 3
