Owner Vector Lawn Care (Cabot AR) 2001-Present

-Founded Vector Lawn Care- Started with 1 mower and now the current annual company revenue is $750,000.

-Focused on Customer Service- Exceeding customer expectations resulted in incredible customer referrals and the 100% year over year growth of Vector for the first 10 years in business.

-Managed and monitored accounts payable statements to identify debts owed to company, contacting customers to notify them of overdue payments and documenting debts collected.

-Provided Outstanding Operational Management: Orchestrated the growth of a rapidly growing company. Synchronized assets for residential, commercial, and government contracts while expanding workforce to meet operational and seasonal needs. Vector is now a 4 season company with 28 employees that operates state wide.

Pastor: Grace Fellowship Church (Cabot AR) 2002-Present

-Started Grace Fellowship Church: Started with 6 people in a living room, current congregation 400+.

-Built Grace Fellowship Church: Organized all aspect of build to include: financing, land management, environmental impact, design, and construction. Provided post build leadership and became Pastor.

- Initiated and organized logistical support for International Mission Trips: coordinated volunteer travel to support ongoing missions to support Christian education initiatives for citizens in 12 countries/5 continents.

-Initial member of Prepare International (PI)Board: Assisted in the development of the PI concepts and initial international efforts. More than 700 schools have been established world-wide as a result.

Loadmaster: United States Air Force (Multiple locations) 1980-2000

-1997-2000 Standardization and Evaluation Loadmaster (314th Airlift Wing): Set standards for C-130 Aircraft Operations. Tested and evaluated all personnel to ensure flight safety and aircrew competence.

-1994-1997 Top Secret Mission Loadmaster for the United States Air Force: 34th CTS: One of two Air Force Loadmasters trusted with Credible Cat Mission. Unable to elaborate for National Security Reasons.
