Started at Saputo as a Line Lead Assistance for 2 years. Accepted position as ERP - Key User Expert. Stayed in this position for 4 years. Initial training on the ERP-SAP system in Georgetown, Canada. Learned the milk and cheese process on how to produce different products. Traveled to 15 different Saputo locations in the United States to learn their processes and train their employees and deploy them in the SAP system.
Lateral Move to Continuous Imporvement Specialist - Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Stayed in Position for 1 year. Help with all of the Saputo plants in the United States with the SAP system when they had problems or concerns. Help streamline their processes to help them run more efficiently. Lateral Move to Specialist-Operations Deployment. Current Position - 1 month Specialty in runnng a Cambell Wrapper machine. Over time learned how to run 5 other machines in the company.
