The scope of my work was vast. I performed all facility maintenance and the majority of cleaning, coordinated with contractors, batched feeding reservoirs and performed feeding for veg and bloom rooms, ensured pH was 5.8 using either pH up or down, I was the primary for spraying Green Cleaner, IPM, Stack, Mazama, Neem Oil, and Switch/Foliar Transport. Performed de-leafing, transplanting, cloning, minimal pruning, harvesting, and observed all SOP set forth by the Head Grower. I trained new and temporary employees.
BMG allowed me to park my RV on property and I provided security and immediate access to any needs of management who may not have been present. The main box tripped. This put every plant at risk. Due to my immediate access, I was able to restore power, ensure the power company was notified, all management were also notified, and there was no loss to the product. A significant accomplishment is the repairs on our bloom room tables. There were many holes and no matter how much sealant was used, they leaked causing the RH to skyrocket. I was able to extend the life of the tables by using fiber glass and resin. This assisted us in gaining control over PM and VPD concerns. Estimator/Project Manager
