Work accordingly with surrounding agencies as necessary. Be knowledgeable of Nye County's geography, maps, landmarks and resources. Field calls appropriately from the multi-line administration phone. Direct callers to any needed resources. Maintain AHA Heart Saver CPR/First Aid certification. Perform multiple tasks simultaneously; keeping a clear, calm and confident demeanor while handling all situations.
