Company Profile:- KANSAL INDUSTRIES having interests in Manufacturer of Automotive Sheet Metal Parts and Welded Sub-assemblies Coupled with rich domain knowledge in design, development and engineering.

Bhopal plant is established near to EICHER TRACTORS LTD BHOPAL which is manufacturing Front axles, Front Supports and Bumpers assembly for EICHER TARCTORS LTD. This plant is dedicated for EICHER TARCTORS ONLY.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend daily internal meeting with the team to review the process on targets and analyzing any production /quality related issues.

Responsible for material availability and stocks for production.

Monitors daily production activities on the shop floor.

Responsible to clear and solve any problem and defects observed during final inspection. also solving defects during process.

Responsible for autonomous maintenance for respective line.

Train new operators about equipment’s, work process and safety issues.

Responsible for Product Quality, monitoring rejection levels and improving process yield.

Handle more than 21 manpower at Axle line and PDI.

Reviews manpower planning of contract workers for smooth operation.

Coordinates and follow up with purchase and store for raw materials and compound availability in time as per production plan and ensure that material is in house one day before actual production plan.

Manage the work-centers for the shift to meet production schedule.

Ensure availabilities of required tools of the operators.

Strictly follow production scheduling prepared by production manager. THE MAJOR CUSTOMER
