Project Coordinator Digital Welty Lab
I did research in archives on author Eudora Welty’s life and possessions. I created a spreadsheet detailing every book which Miss Welty owned at the time of her passing, including the book’s genre and any inscriptions left in it. Through this work, I published an academic article alongside a professor called “Mystery on the Shelves”. 2021
Ford Fellow Millsaps College
In 2021, I spent a semester assisting in the teaching of course on Writing for New Media. Because the class was large, it eventually was split with the professor leading class for one group and me leading the other. Aside from teaching and leading in- class discussion, I helped plan the professor’s curriculum and grade assignments. 2021-Present
Resident Technology Assistant Millsaps Wilson Library In this position, I have assisted patrons in research and technology troubleshooting. I have also assisted in the upkeep and organization of the library.
