Trimmer for HD Biotech/Viola 10048 Rancho Road, Adelanto, CA 92301 May 2019 – February 2020
Due to this pandemic, my previous company had to lay me off due to having to downsize. My Position at HD Biotech/Viola was to trim a minimum of 1 pound (454 grams) of marijuana to keep up with the company’s demand. The trimming process involved handling the product with care and making sure it met our buyers expectations from quality to conserving most of the product, we would always make sure the product was presentable. Eager for overtime, I would volunteer on weekends in the Cultivation Department where I would assist with the watering of sprouts and after assessing the condition of their leaves and testing the soil chemistry, I would provide the plants with sufficient nutrients to help them mature for their optimal yield. I made it my personal mission to have the cleanest station, to “Always Be Closing”, and would always go above and beyond to procure a product with the highest of quality. Lab Technician for Quality Resources 11046 Rancho Rd., Adelanto, CA 92301 February 2018 – January 2019 My Position at Quality was to extract THC, CBD and CBG from bulk quantities of medicinal cannabis. This process involved operating a Centrifugal Solid-Liquid Refiner, a Centrifugal Liquid-Liquid Extractor, and a Centrifugal Partition Chromatographer. The job also involved heavy lifting using proper GMP techniques, required PPE, and following the companies Quality Management System to ensure no excess waste was to remain from the process. Flight Checker for Flying Foods Group LAX 5807 W 98th St, Los Angeles, CA 90045 2012 – 2015 I was Quality Assurance for food distribution and commodities; I had to make sure there were enough supplies and meals for passengers for flights that went all over the world. Being regulated by the USDA and the TSA, I was trained to guarantee that anything onboard a plane that was provided by FFG, was safe, clean, and all accounted for before and after each flight.
My Mission Statement:
“I want to become a vital cog in a well-oiled machine of a team! I am an eager individual seeking an opportunity to contribute productivity and positivity to a work place that recognizes hard work and dedication. I am hoping to gain as much experience as possible, to grow and advance in the company, and to begin networking – I am willing to go beyond expectations in my career, in order to fulfil my dream of becoming an influence in the fashion and make up industry.”
