Seeking Project Manager/Construction Manager General Superintendent position where my experience and abilities will be effectively utilized.

Over 30 years of construction and construction management experience for several multi-million-dollar projects. Cost, schedule and quality conscious professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills that he utilizes to manage multi-discipline team & performs effectively under pressure. Proficient in Design Build, Adaptive reuse & repositioning, Plan reading, job layout, steel, framing, finishes and scheduling. Proficient in Procore, Field Wire, Revit, OST, OPM. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Menemsha Solutions Superintendent: From July 2022 – November 2022 Project Start to finish, Demo interior of two suites and combine into one restaurant & Brewery in the City of Ventura. Expand kitchen and 2 ADA restrooms, add new office space re configure existing kitchen equipment layout add new service connections for all MEP’s water, floor drains to grease interceptor and sanitary sewers. New epoxy flooring to pass health department requirements. Schedule and walk all City inspection with trade foreman. Create dailies and RFI’s, 3-week lookahead schedules, verify invoices of T & M and COR work. Angeles Contractor, INC. Superintendent: From November 2021 – July 2022 Projects were Long Beach City College new ground up adaptive reuse and repositioning building and one building on campus also Hollywood Comingled Apartments with 2 underground & 5 up mix use consisting of 45 units with 89 master bedrooms each with own master bathroom.

TELACU Construction Management Superintendent: From January 2021 - October 2021 Valley Water District Headquarters Baldwin Park Project amount of $11 Million dollars with demolition and site clearing with a 5' over excavation of 5.5-acre Property. Construction of all underground utilities and a wood & steel single story building with central breezeway and courtyard, private fulling station, car wash, prefabricated steel warehouse with mezzanine.

Unitronics / U-Tron P.M / Superintendent: from April 2019 – January 2020 UCLA Medical center of Santa Monica Retrofit of existing underground 6 level parking structure with a proprietary automated autonomous parking system. Maintain all project documentation relevant to site activities, including permits, Bid’s, meeting minutes, RFIs, billing approval, submittals and schedule updates. Attend meetings with city and building officials as well as conduct site inspections.

Harper Construction Company: Superintendent: from July 2018 – February 2019 Los Angeles Trade Tech College Project amount $50 Million Culinary Arts building consisting of demolition of existing structures and underground utilities, abatement of contaminated pipes, over excavation, tie in of all new public utilities. Construct ground up concrete foundation and slab for a concrete & steel 2 story building with a glass curtain wall system. Independent Contractor Owner: from January 2014 – January 2017 Ran a framing company preforming wood framed structures and the repair of wood framed structures such as Hilton Garden Express in Lompoc, Hilton Garden Express in Goleta, Hyatt in Santa Barbara, the Duals Hotel in Long Beach, The Inn at San Luis Obispo. Managed daily operation, created all project documentation relevant to site activities, including bid’s, estimating change to scope of work, track and approve RFIs, submittals, schedule updates, billing & invoicing. New Build Out, Renovation of Occupied Suites & construction of temporary trailers space projects. Maintain all project documentation relevant to day-to-day site activities. OSA Group, Public Works Contractor – Project, Los Angeles Trade-Tech College, Project Amount: 40 million 2005-2007 Project Superintendent: New Build Out and Occupied Suites for Swing Space responsible for all aspects of field operation, site management, and coordination of subcontractor work schedule. Create and update project schedules and subcontractor trade scopes. Maintain all project documentation relevant to site activities, including meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals and schedule updates. Attend meetings with city and building officials, client and tenants. Read and interpret plans and specifications, review shop drawings, verify colors, materials and patterns with architect and client. Create/maintain daily activity logs. Review submittals with architect and tenant for verification of colors, materials, and patterns. Wermers Multi Family – Trio Apartments, Pasadena, CA: 2000-2002 Project Superintendent of a 304-unit 16,000sq ft commercial space built on top of a 4-level podium underground parking garage and responsible for all aspects of field operations and site management and Assist Sub superintendents and subcontractors to ensure quality control and completion of projects within timely manner. Required to evaluate proposals, review and assess shop drawings and submittals. Schedule and walk all inspections.
