Chattanooga Jewelry Company – Chattanooga TN November 2021-March 2021 During my time here I worked as a bench jeweler doing high volume jewelry repairs and metal fabrication. I have 6 years experience on the bench as a home studio jeweler and also as a production jeweler. At Chattanooga Jewelry Company I also worked as a front end manager some days and assisted in keeping the storefront in order and presentable. I made phone calls to customers and assisted with consultations.

Owner of Kwench Juice Café - Chattanooga, TN March 2021-August 2021 While in operation we served juices, smoothies and food in the downtown area of Chattanooga. I worked to build clientele while also managing the storefront and back-end. I implemented marketing strategies to get our brand to as many people as possible and succeeded in building a large customer base and strong relationships with our patrons. My contributions within our store have assisted the entire franchise in implementing new strategies and creativity in Kwench franchise locations around the US. I used my previous culinary experience to build an entire lunch menu that was carefully attuned to our clientele's lifestyle needs and tastes. I worked closely with neighboring companies like Sports Barn and Steam Logistics and built many other relationships with Chattanooga based businesses, vendors and artists. Metalsmith at Mirrored Stone Silver - Signal Mountain, TN December 2017 to Present I'm currently self-employed specializing in creating pieces of wearable art made from various metals, mainly precious metals like sterling silver and gold. I'm entirely self-taught and have learned how to use traditional and contemporary techniques to manipulate metal, such as a jewelers saw, torch and kiln. I also regularly work with and set, USA mined stones that have been cut by well-known and skilled lapidary artists. I mainly create commissioned pieces for collectors worldwide. I occasionally make reproduction pieces or collections to sell after creation. I regularly converse with customers to help them create heirloom pieces that fit their budget and vision while also creating/experimenting in my studio to satisfy my creative spark. I would regularly diagnose simple issues to prevent overload in the technician department while also helping people use the payment kiosk inside our location. Another responsibility was to regularly stock and clean the store front. I communicated with customers daily, making their visit a pleasant experience and ensuring their needs were met to the best of my ability. Kitchen Manager/Cook Compass Group - Columbia, MD February 2008 to November 2008 My tasks working full time at the Magellan Health Services employee eatery involved stocking the deli, preparing the Chefs table, and grilling to order during the breakfast and lunch hours. I helped prepare and deliver catered meals and refreshments for meetings and conferences; I prepared food and make sure the kitchen was operating within company standards. I served customers at the deli, Chefs table and grill during the lunch hours. I'm also responsible for inventory management and making weekly stock orders. Bartender/Server Hard Yacht Cafe - Dundalk, MD October 2007 to February 2008 This was a restaurant/bar that catered to owners of large boats/yachts, it included a fueling station and amenities for mariners in the area. My duties here included bar tending, serving lunch and breakfast, and sometimes cooking foods during lunch or dinner rushes. Assistant Manager/ Red Wing Shoes - Baltimore, MD April 2006 to October 2007 Baltimore, MD I maintained the presentation and inventory of the store independently and collaboratively as a sales partner. I ordered supplies and filed financial records for major account clients at two store locations. I stocked shelves and kept a comfortable atmosphere for customers and coworkers while working together with other partners to achieve company growth.
