After 18 years at the same job unexpected covid came along and messed it all up. Started from the ground up and work rigulisly moving uo to the level with the too earners of the company. Lots of comfortablity in a shop setting loud noises unexpected problems and always moving non stop all day. Not intimidating to me to be around large machines or women in power and actually like that a lot more knowing we all are the same no matter a job title. Did not get certified or know everything but I can learn and have the patience along with not ashamed to ask for clearitivity so I can better understand to he situation at hand. Repeatative work dont bother me and look forward to adding some productivity to your shop. Manage a small crew 3-4 people and my self so I had 4-5 people I had to stay in constant communication and work along side in close proximity while getting what I was expected to produse. Comfortable in what others would consider stressfull and I'm respectful in n all ways in the work environment
