PERSONAL QUALITIES
With knowledge and experience from working in manufacturing and warehouse facilities, as well as being a master’s degree holder, I have developed analytical skills, time management skills and Interpersonal skills, which enables me to effectively analyze complex situations, make better judgment calls and work independently or as a team player. Responsibility:
Regional Daily Business Report which helped to track progress and ensure compliance to daily, weekly and monthly standard of work.
Weekly business report (WBR) with the VP of operations, regional general manager and senior regional leaders.
Multi-site SRB and A3 report, the safety review board helped advertise the safety performance to site leadership and helps prevent misses in daily standard of work
Safety Blitz metrics and pivot table for weekly report. The weekly report helped create accountability for completing quality safety blitz and help shed some light on the site's daily observation. This also helped to create relevant best practice across the sub region.
New hire orientation and on boarding to ensure that the new team member is properly inducted, thereby setting them up for success in their new role.
