I am an Excavator operator/heavy equipment operator with 30+ years' experience in, SITE

DEVELOPMENT, COMMERCIAL PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT, UNDERGROUND and ROAD BUILDING.

My experience centers around commercial site development to include land balancing, infrastructure

IE; storm pipe, water main, and sanitary pipe installation. I have experience in deep and wet ground.

Dig Footings and layout of parking lots and building pad prep. I can read blueprints and I have worked with engineers, job superintendents, and inspectors installing pipe and pipe products, and mass grading of subdivision sites. All phases of testing, to include Hydrostatic testing of water main, air testing of Sanitary, and T.V. testing of both, Sanitary and storm pipe, grade checking, back filling, road building. I have participated in extensive safety training through OSHA, AUC, MITA, and MOST program with 18 modules completed. My strengths include all phases of pipe work. deep pipe and wet ground.

Experience with box and plate experience, telescoping box systems underground retention ponds and digging/dozing ponds, road building, back filling, all phases of back fill to include compaction and density, loadout of spoils, asphalt, and concrete, trench digging.
