Release Management Analyst (Remote)

Collaborated with Product Managers to organize the launch of software and hardware products. Monitored release data for deviations and engaged in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to investigate any risks associated with a release to determine approaches, then record and execute mitigation plans. Collected final release data through release workflow to validate and record royalties, branding compliance, version, escrow, and export compliance. Gathered all documentation and binary source files, recorded file names, and added them to the enterprise workspace. Mentored and trained cross-functional team members and new hires on the release processes.

Achieved completion of a three-year SKU migration project to move over 15,000 SKU/materials from Great Plains to SAP one year ahead of schedule by eliminating redundancies by using Excel to reduce the project’s scheduled completion date.
