Summary

Over 20 years of experience teaching Spanish at higher education institutions with the vision of motivating my students to recognize the value of the Spanish language in an integrated professional education, as well as the importance to possess a good comprehension of this tongue for the professional success in our modern business environment, regardless of the specialization of their concentration. Highly adept to teach introductory, intermediate, and advanced Spanish courses, as well as to complement classroom lectures with activities in the language laboratory to improve the student’s proficiency to freely speak the language. Proven ability to domain teaching strategies utilizing Applied Linguistics and Second Language Methodologies. Listed in “Who’s Who in America”. Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, some proficiency of French and basic comprehension of Portuguese.
